15A NCAC 03I .0116        CORAL AND LIVE ROCK

(a)  It is unlawful to harvest or possess aboard a vessel coral or live rock as defined in 15A NCAC 03I .0101.

(b)  Live rock and coral shall be returned to the waters where taken.
